I first thought this but they would have to get the data in the first place somehow surely? Scouts watching and finding details out about young players maybe chatting to their parents, friends etc. Without tapping up obviously.

I'm talking about finding it about his personality etc for the no dickheads rule. Or do we now just have people watching every single match in the world and going by video only? The data has to start somewhere.
