Fair point but unfortunately the Premier League consists of more than just Scottish and English players.

England need a CM or two who can control the game.

Alli and co have tricks, are great in space and thrive when surrounded by expensively bought talent.

But we don't have that 'Pirlo-esque' type player to set the tempo and distribute at will.
