Why are England so average/boring?

Genuine question.

They aren't shit players. So I don't get it.

Can't be the manager, as this has been going on for quite a few years now.

Perhaps our best 18 players aren't as good as we think they are .... PL hype and all that. Our clubs, even with £b's spent on better overseas players to play alongside the likes of Kane, Alli, Rashford, Oxlade, Dier; do not thrive in the CL.

Couldn't agree more. Some of Dunk's passing makes him look like Zidane compared to Smalling.

Never understood why God save the Queen is only for the English team.

Cos England doesn't have a national anthem. So we have to use the UK one.

Other English teams have adopted other songs obviously.

It's really out of place being used by any England team especially when playing against another side from the UK.

Should be dumped for Jerusalem.

GSTQ should only be used by GB teams.

That's what you get though when you play a player in their best position. I don't understand playing Rashford as a wide player as he is best as a poacher in the middle
