It seems that all divers are now out.
Fantastic news.Medals all round for the SEALS please.
Small point perhaps, but the expert cave divers that led the mission aren't seals.

Should receive an honour for keeping those boys safe.
Indeed. One report said he was the weakest, as he refused to eat what food they had when they got trapped. Understandably he was the last out. He also managed to keep them in good enough spirits through what must have been a hellish first 9 days, and then he would have been an important part of getting them to trust the divers who brought them out.

If any of these boys are well enough it would great to get them over to Moscow as mascots for the World Cup Final.

Understandable.

Seeing as one had an England shirt on it would be a nice gesture to fly them over to be mascots at a Wembley game though.

Manchester United have already invited them over as 'most of the boys are fans'. Coach is a Liverpool fan, so I'd expect them to get involved too.

All rescue team now out of the cave - phew! Great job.

Northern Hemisphere.
It makes you appreciate humanity when you see people bravely risk their lives to save others.

Well done to all those involved in saving the kids and coach. It's nice to have a news story with a positive ending.

Feel good story of the year so far, no question.

If England win the World Cup (they'll apparently be cheering us on thanks to the assistance we offered), then that would make for a doubly good week all round.

Hmm maybe that's one way of looking at it maybe his actions would help bring safeguarding standards in that country up to normal standards

Why ? Let,s just wait and see. As for 'safeguarding standards' you are having a LAUGH.

How do you know that several of the boys ran into the caves first, and he was determined to keep them altogether? These caves are visited by tourists and are perfectly safe in the dry season.
The monsoon rains arrived suddenly and early, cutting them off, so he led them to higher ground to keep them safe. For 10 days, they had no food, and no idea, whether they would be rescued, and he kept them going, so they were in reasonably good shape, physically and mentally for the rescue.

No, the best thing for them after all that they have been through will be to relax at home with their families who would have missed them terribly.. I'm sure the very last thing they need at this stage, is to leave home again and watch football in a foreign country..

The parents have issued a statement saying they attach no blame to the coach, so who are we to blame him? they got into difficulty by a sudden deluge and he led them to a safe place and kept them alive. Even down to refusing to eat food so the boys had more.
