There used to be a sausage shop in Tunbridge Wells that sold lamb and mint, plus a very good gluten free pork and herb.

a nice Cumberland or Lincolnshire, chilled.

i think we underrate our own sausages, as good or better than the many abroad, having been fed those appaling cheap bangers for decades.

Our local butchers does some great sausages. The Welsh Dragon (chilli and leek) is my favourite.

Can't beat the farmer's market though! 😉
