Sounds promising would be a good move.
Such a nice man, he even waved at me for a pic when I went to the club shop earlier.
Just pleased we have sone positive rumours
Why must they be British out of interest. I can understand why you'd want someone with experience in English football (as Hyypia does, and Oscar didn't), but why British?Rather we get a proven British manager
At the moment he is just an interviewee, like a number of others. No decision for a while yet.

Not happy about this really. Rather we get a proven British manager in but I suppose on the plus side it'll give us a season to get a replacement in place instead of a few weeks.
I just hope if he comes people take the time to gwt his name right.
It is promounced
Her-Pe-Ay
Why does the nationality of the manager mean so much to you?
Would you really prefer a guy who had a British passport because his Guatemalan father married a English girl 40 years ago and had spent the last 35 years managing in Belize or a Finn that had played at the highest level in this country for 10 years?
The nationality of the person doesn't matter, it doesn't matter in business and it doesn't in football. Get out the dark ages.
Just seen your post above: Total rubbish. There is not enough data on foreign managers in the championship to make the assessment that British managers are better. Come back in 10 years with that argument.
Sami Hyypi-aah
He's not Garcia
He played for Bayer, and Liverpool
He's big and kinky
He's from Helsinki
So please don't take my Sami away.
