It's already over Cuba. There is a 5 minute delay on that site.

The windows are frosted over so it sounds just like a loss of cabin pressure just like Payne Stewart. This one has a good chance of coming down on land, which is worrying.

NORAD say it is about to run out of fuel. I guess the question is, will the Cubans let it come down of its own accord, or will they need to bring it down in a controlled fashion to avoid populated areas?

Following it on CNN. F15s were escorting it until they reached Cuban airspace and then had to turn back. They reported that the glass was frosted. The plane took off 5 hours ago and has been unresponsive for the last 3. It was meant to land in Florida.

Looks like it has cleared Cuba anyway. I doubt it will reach Jamaica.

Very sad event for those on board. At least they won't know what happens.
