Barely noticed Fleetwood all game so I'd agree with you but I think it's harsh to have a go at Sullivan.

I thought he was unlucky with the first goal as it looked as if he'd been fouled. However Sky Sports News seems to think otherwise so perhaps I didn't get a good look at it.

Thought he did well otherwise.

And yes, Thornton was head and shoulders above the others

He's a bit pony isn't he.

Refuses to jump and refuses to shoot.

Eh? He's about 5 foot 7, playing against a monster and he had a shot that beat the keeper in the first five minutes which was cleared by the defender.

I thought his paced caused plenty of problems. He's played hardly any football at that level and is not fully fit. Give the bloke some time FFS.

wouldn't say he was shit but the lack of jumping is bloody frustrating. The first not really Sullivans fault when he gets bundled into while having two hands on the ball. The second was shocking Fast Joe was not off and then to cap it off the float a harmless ball over the top and Hawkins cocks up. Generally we should have realised pumping balls up was not a great idea as there centre backs were just heading them away

Dean Cox is 5ft 3, but doesn't stop him from jumping for the ball does it.

Running past the defender from a long ball is all well and good in the Conference, but not at this level.

I thought Fleetwood and Murray looked fab together first 30 minutes, good defending, bad decisions and poor finishing from other players prevented us going ahead.

Sullivan fantastic one handed save to his right in the first half.

Argentinian clinical hatrick did for us...shame they had not signed Turienzo.

your a prick

Tell me, what exactly were you expecting tonight? We're you expecting us to turn over a Championship side on a very decent run? They were in the Premiership six months ago FFS. They took their chances, we didn't. Big deal.

Your post makes you sound like a little boy who's dropped his ice cream.

I thought he was pretty good, just he kept passing when as a striker he should be selfish and have a shot.

He was never going to win headers so why kick the ball 8ft in the air to him

As for Sullivan, its all well praising his kicks for going far, but what is the point of them when they go straight to the keeper at the other end, maybe thats why he began to throw the ball out

Richards had a poor game, Hawkins again at fault for a goal, put played pretty well

Thornton and Elphick stood out for me, why Adams BENCHED Thornton is beyond me, but its in the past now

He short and fast so lets play to his strengths. How dumb is it to expect him to beat someone 6/7 inches taller when that is not his game.

I'm not sure anyone expected him to outjump centre halves. I WAS frustrated by the fact that not once did he even CHALLENGE for a header. That's the point. If he does enough to make sure that the defender doesn't have a free header when he's the nearest to them then there's a chance we can win the second ball. It's pretty basic really.

Other than that I thought he played well, but should have been more selfish, and was really unlucky with the one cleared off the line.

So do you expect Cox to win things in the air aswell? Come off it, for 25 minutes of that match Fleetwood had Derby completely under the cosh. Sullivan one handed stop from the free header was magnificent. Richards has been superb all season, and Hawkins does one mistake every match and tonight for their second goal he did it again. I would like to know why you called the other poster a prick? Or are you just a fairweather fan, who only turns up occasionally or not atall?!

I no he's not expected to win the ball in the air, but at least challenge for the ball for god sake, it was just too easy for the Derby defence in the air tonight.
