The fact that profits went up last year for oil exports shows we really must crack down & get rid of these shadow oil fleets operating out of so called friendly states such as UAE & India. I believe the UK sanctioned the company out of Glasgow (not sure what the penalty). You are right, we can't always say it's the 'foreigners'.

(Anton Gerashchenko also covers the new attack on the Engels oil depot (previously reported by Scappa) in a separate tweet. Saratov and Engels are near neighbours across the Volga, and both appear to be on fire. Apologies if it turns out to be the same thing).

Ha,ha. You're right. Burn them all. And then burn them again. (Ukraine have already done that with the Engels one).

In their quest for a just and lasting peace, Ukraine seems to be making a side-bet that Russia may not have genuinely peaceful intentions in the peace talks.
