He's alright. I quite liked the radio show he used to do on 6. He is mildly amusing, but as someone said, vastly overexposed.

I wouldn't say he is overexposed. He is rarely on telly.

I don't mind him.

Him and Noel Fielding on that big fat quiz of the year last crimbo were hilarious. Agree with Nibble about the antidote comment though I though most of the country thought Peter 'I am nothern, fat and loud, laugh at me!' Kay was the funniest comedian ever.

GARLIC BREAD!!

I used to think he was an annoying knob - then I started listening to his podcasts and his use of language, terminology and speed of thought are amazing. Many A- level students are actually encouraged to listen to his podcasts to widen their vocab.

He can be a bit OTT at times but I urge people to download the free podcasts and I bet you will find them funnier than you first anticipated.

His podcast is worth a listen. I prefer his sister Jo, every inch a Maserati. :p

Quite right. Tim Vine is the greatest comedian that ever lived.

Tim Vine

"So I went to the pet shop and said, can I have a goldfish?
He said, do you want an aquarium?
I said, I don't care what star sign he is."

"So I was getting into my car, and this bloke says to me "Can you give me a lift?" I said "Sure, you look great, the world's your oyster, go for it.'"

:D

I may be wrong but that sounds like a rip off from a Ted Chippingham joke.

Peter Kay - Phoenix Knights quality, Stand Up annoying.
Lee Evans - Some funny, some average, some shite.
Russell Brand - Can be very funny but falls back on the equivalent of irritating catchphrases when he does all that mockney inflecked 'citing, taint it'.

Daniel Kitson is the funniest man I have ever seen in stand up. Was absolutely brilliant.

I think most of his routine was pinched, his delivery is top drawer though

I don't think even Ted Chippington was born when that joke was first discovered, etched on a wall inside one of the pyramids.

Well Les i agree with your stand-up opinion. Daniel Kitson is f***ing brilliant and probably the best person in the world as well as the comic
