Luton were a lot higher up at the time - in the Championship for 2 seasons or maybe 3 if memory serves me correct. Plus he plays on the wing a lot. He always used to score against us too. 21 in 100 is not bad atall.

He would surely be on a fair wedge though. Gone from Birmingham to QPR who are both pretty well off sides, would think he's on 5k+ a week, and for that money i think we could do a lot better for ourselves. Yes he has his qualities, but nowhere near good enough to warrant being one of if not our top earner.

Shocking, yes. He was a key player for Luton as they went from a League 2 side to the verge of the play-offs in the Chanpionship. He was hounded out of town with that record and level of success.
