Just keep sitting on the webpage all day and you'll get one. People would have put them in their baskets for friends but waiting to hear back from them before confirming the purchase. Keep the faith and patience my friend.
Still zero tickets. But thanks for the advice, It's worth it to take a few minutes to check ticket availability every now and then :)

I hit the front of the queue at about 9:03. Sold out. Given it 10mins of refreshing to see if anyone was unlucky enough to have their basket time out. No Joy.

Now have EasyJet tickets to Milan and train tickets to Rome that I probably won't use and are non-refundable. Can cancel the hotel room though. At least I already have a ticket for the home leg!
You will get tickets.

Some will come up between now and next Tuesday.

If your flights are non-cancellable, you've got nothing to lose....

Yes it maybe that they have simply dried up as there are a lot more takers today but I'd given up yesterday and randomly tied later on in the day and there was randomly 30 odd available.

So was he 'worthy' of his away tickets in his first few months simply because he had a few quid in his pocket, and had unlimited time to spare following football... did he deserve to get Palace or Liverpool ticket ahead of thousands of long term supporters who would have killed to get a ticket to those fixtures?

.... and, how did he manage a season ticket so quickly given there has been a waiting list apparently?

Honest questions?
Covid moved me and son up the waiting list by a couple of years as plenty at the deferred for a season

I gave up my season ticket for 3 years and rejoined the waiting list was 8,000 and expected to roll at 2,000 a year.

For those who tried this morning without luck - gutting as it is not to get one today, the fact that a handful of tickets DID reach this stage is crucial. It means that you are now eligible to buy ANY additional tickets (returns from people who can't go, or surplus club employee tickets) that subsequently get put up.

And there absolutely WILL be a few, at some point.

Correct. They were still appearing and disappearing on the website 4 hours before kick off in Amsterdam.

I've been refreshing the site off and on for the last 20-30 minutes and tickets do keep coming up.

You need to be bloody fast to get them though.

Start on this page:

...as you are one page ahead of people refreshing the main away game page waiting for the button to change colour.

As soon as 1 is available tap + on the adult ticket selection and click BUY as soon as you can. If someone beats you to the BUY button then you've missed out. Keep going. More will come up.

It’s the fairest system. Points based over a period of time. I’ve slipped tiers over the past years. Life wife kids money spent elsewhere ect. You can’t begrudge someone who for past 3 years has been at the majority of games getting a ticket in front of someone who hasn’t.

Have had it once so far where 1 appeared but someone grabbed it before I clicked buy. Still trying!

Named, but not checked in for the flight. Easyjet so painful fees to change the name on them. Don't think there'd be an issue with train tickets or hotel room though.
Thanks, but no worries now - costs were looking prohibitive so had to release the ticket unfortunately

Says 8 available as of now

This was always the main thing for me this morning. Some hope that something comes up in the next 6 days and am quick onto it.

That the numerical values for the tickets for each category have dropped to £0.00 would suggest it's possibly properly sold out now, but I could be wrong. Will be persisting with refresh for another 30-45mins until I really need to get back to work, or the club put a sold out confirmation on socials

I think there will be quite a lot. I’m at 250, but also not going - too expensive in money/time.

From what has been said i.e.he has put in the time and miles over 2 years, he seems as worthy as anyone.

same in Athens (at least on the day before when I was checking). However, they were only available to people in the tiers that were reached before, so my MA+1+ tier never got reached, so all the times (yes I kept trying as I was unaware that I'd be able to get home tickets), I tried to get the tickets the buy button was greyed out for me. not sure if that will be the case this time, but just sharing my experience from Athens. as there were tickets available for this tier (not my tier) then if the system is the same then tickets might not be available for MA+1+, but should be for MA+123+ and higher when they pop up again.

The rules on this are fairly clear. Any tickets that come up now, will be available to anyone who would have been eligible to buy, at the point the tickets officially sold out. I'd presume that was 9.01am this morning.
