My guess it that RDZ's demands were too much for Tony, and knowing this would mean a decent job offer would temp him away, Tony has then decided that we'll end things now, on our terms, with plenty of time to find a successor. sad news really as we all know what the team was capable of under RDZ. working assumption has to be that there was conversations about what the club were doing in the summer transfer-wise and once again he and bloom were miles apart
