If my calculations are right that means there has been a managerial change on average every 4.8 days since RDZ joined us.

In fact it's going to be more often than 4.8 days because the table only moves RDZ up when someone above him leaves a job and there have been some sackings since he joined of managers who got their jobs after he did (Nathan Jones for example).
