So every train manager should up sticks and leave? To a new job? On less money? In the area they've settle or elsewhere? Outside their area of expertise?
And what if they have a point?
Should everyone who is unhappy with their working conditions just move jobs becuase it's REALLY THAT EASY?
Come on. This race to the bottom of worker's rights is NOT helpful.
So have their contracts changed or are they still the same as when the managers first signed them ( knowing the T&Cs ) ?
