I'm afraid I can never put my cross next to that party regardless of what the elections is for - Norman Baker, David Bellend and LDC put paid to that idea a long time ago. Helps I don't want us to belong to the EU as well.

Whilst I respect that view, and suspect that you are not alone on NSC, if you apply that logic then we should ALL be voting Labour tomorrow because they were the only party locally to support Falmer unequivocally.

Clearly, there are factors of national interest here, and both 2 main parties need to sharpen up their game. Brown's ineptitude as leader is there for all to see, but Cameron is not exactly "getting tough" with the expenses abuses of these Tory grandees that still run the show behind the scenes.

Way out west
Thought very serously about going Green, voted Labour at the last General Election to keep out the Tories...but the Euro's are completely different, will definitely vote Lib Dem in my local election as they have done really well in the city and were also responsible for turning the area where I live into a conservation zone...probably vote the same in Europe!

If you feel like voting according to policies, but feel let down that you havent really heard what they are, try:

Vote Match

Of course, this might be rigged to ensure one party or the other gets more votes eg by missing out certain policies!

I have had UKIP, BNP, Lib Dem and Tory leaflets through the door. Labour know not to bother round here and the BNP are just desperate. T'will be a different story when I migrate closer to the centre of London.

Undecided who to vote for as yet. Will decide on the day, but currently erring towards The Green Party, as I am a bit of an environMENTALIST.
