As a woman, if a bloke did that for me, I would think he was being a cheapskate, not being romantic!

I don't know restaurants in Hove so can't help you there, but make sure you have booked somewhere (looks like you've made an effort) because turning up to somewhere to find it fully booked won't help the situation! (Just noticed your location is Bristol...definitely don't know any restaurants there!)

Good luck

PS what did you do wrong....if you want some advice, pm me?

Send her round mine.

She will thank you, and appreciate your respectful type of lovin' after a couple of hours of being subjugated and humiliated:blush:   :sheep: punish:

If I went to the time and effort of cooking a good meal from scratch for a woman and she said she thought I was being cheap I would think that she was a shallow gold-digging slag and f*** her off anyway. It doesn't have to be about being taken somewhere flash, why can't it be that someone has taken time and effort to do something just for you?

i think it would be lovely if a man took the effort to prepare a meal for me, at least its shows he has put some thought into it. Would be more impressed with that than a fancy restaurant

We can think clearer on ways to help after seeing some pictures of the female in question, preferably in a state of undress, you know it makes sense:lolol:

And women complain that we don't 'understand' them ?? What chance has the poor bloke got of getting it 'right'.
