I'm not sure how much you can read into what you can see online as I got some WSL WI at 9.12 this morning.

Well, it might have been more like 09.15 but when I first looked it was limited and then about 10 seconds later it blocked out. There were about 500 seats last night and this morning id say about 50 online. Defo the club are holding tickets back, I think the rest that arent sold in the shops will come online later, just have to keep checking.

Westdene did you just go for best available or actually select the seat? If you selected, how many left in the WI block when you bought?

I was so pleased to be in the system I just went for the best available before I could be thrown out ! It was very slow between screens and at every click I thought it would time out ! Might be worth waiting about 30 minutes as seats get blocked out as soon as people pick them but not everyone might complete the transaction so they'll be returned to the pot. Clutching at straws I know but worth a try.

A massive number of tickets have dissappeared between midnight last night and 9am this morning. I'm sure the 60+points peeps had bought their tickets by then. Mate of mine says they are still selling in the shop in queens road, so they MUST have held online tickets back. I think thats unfair.

Hmm very confused.. I'm finally online, I've logged on, I'm a s/t holder but I was on holiday so couldn't reserve mine in time. Now i'm on it only says I can purchase my reserved seats which I haven't got, not buy any.. :S

And before anyone says I'm moaning, ive already got 2 tickets. I just think its unfair to block out seats to seel in the shop. Surely the club would be better off, saying online only and not having ques in the ticket offices.

Is it? More people can buy at once online than in the shop, so if there are 250 tickets and 200 people at the shop and 200 people online, the online ones will get the bulk of them. If they didn't hold some back it would mean anyone who wasn't online would be at a big disadvantage

Been trying for an hour and ten minutes, continously clicking , still not got through ... Palace tickets were easy to get compared to this game

online only is great if the site works all the time. None left at club shop either. Find it hard to beleive 1000 tickets have gone in less than an hour though, someone has their figures wrong.

I see where you're coming from but the online system needs to be far more powerful before they can even think of doing that. At the moment it seems the fairest to split the allocations across all purchase methods. I live 5 minutes from the Amex and for Doncaster it was far easier to go to the stadium as my Friends and Family wasn't working properly - sometimes you need to speak to a person rather than a computer.

Really? Hardly anyone seems to be buying just one ticket. All it takes for all those to go is a few hundred buying 3 or 4

Did you get through? If you specifically ask for Family Stand they may have some; remember these are only available to people with children so won't be available to the general hordes. 2 adults per kid

The whole system is a bit poor, as all you need is a fan number and you are sorted, a mate of mine has 30 points so far, and I dont think managed to buy 1 ticket, yet it sounds like people are buying 4 or 5 tickets for people with fan numbers and no points, like most clubs that have this problem there should be a ballot, and the tickets go in order of points, then random to the rest!

The whole system is a bit poor, !
Why do you say that,..... it is fine, websites are always going to be busy at busy times,... the club can't just have standby server capacity just sitting there just in case, its an expensive luxury keeping unused kit sitting around.

Liverpool game has disappeared now off ticket site, anyone have any idea when the online ticket site is at at full capacity how many users are currently logged on at that time ?
