I'm going to have a few bob on Southampton - those are decent odds for a team in freefall,

I still think it's between us, Fulham and Newcastle but you never know in football and 45-1 for a team that has one once in about a dozen games is worth a punt

Going to back Brighton on Betfair at 35/1
Cash out in a couple of games time as I expect the next 3 games that we don’t get many points.

I'm not expecting many points from the next 3 but also don't see Fulham and Newcastle fairing much better.

Before you do, can I advise you have a look at their fixture list. Might prompt you to change your mind.

That even thinks Newcastle only have a 17% chance of dropping. Probably right if Wilson is fit.

I hadn't spotted it calculates only 17% (16.6%) expectation for Newcastle being relegated.

There's probably a bit of value on them avoiding the drop based on the fact that the negativity surrounding them has convinced everyone that they're dead and buried and that Fulham will survive.

Lol. The cash out if we lose next 3 will be worth about 1% profit.

So many are banging on about Fulham, and sure they're playing well and looking solid defensively. But they can't score goals. 23 in 30. They need wins too, probably 3 in 8, and certainly 2. Can't see it myself.

Let's face it - 4 more points and the albion are safe.

It's pretty much beat Sheff Utd and stay up.
