If he’s been to Sussex FA events and discussed Brighton with people he shouldn’t take our games. Pretty sure that back in the day Allan Gunn (Burgess Hill) couldn’t ref Brighton games.

Are you related to him ? He was awful ! Fell for the feigned injuries, Everton players dropping like flies.
While I was in Melbourne a few years ago, I went to an Aussie Rules football match and while I appreciate the playing area is large, if a player goes down injured, the medical staff treat the player while the game goes on..........they soon get up !!

Every other ref in the league would’ve done what he did with all their play acting, and it was a penalty.

I’m not really sure what the issue was.

When the officials get booed off by thousands of Albion fans at half time there definitely is an issue

It proves to me that refs shouldn't ref anywhere near where they started their reffing. He being far West Sussex should exclude him from Sussex/Hampshire for starters.

I have seen him ref every game he's done for us and he has been f***ing awful. I even spoke to the chap who sits in front of me yesterday pre-game. He said his brother had him ref in county and said how bad he was and it was known he hated Brighton. Today I was made aware from a county ref what he was like.

I've witnessed him first hand and have heard a fair bit about him away from Brighton to have made my mind up. You 100% say he supports Portsmouth but he can't have told PGMOL that as he is not allowed to ref them which is wrong. The refs have to inform them of the team they support. You somewhat confirm the type of ref he is.

I don’t disagree, seems silly to have him ref a Sussex or Hampshire team.

How long ago was he reffing Sussex County League ?! 20 years ago probably now, must have a good memory to remember that
