In a pile of football shirts
Rearview Mirror Tears, Kendel Carson

If you are lounging out in the garden I would recommend "No Sleep 'Til Hammersmith" by Motorhead (NSC doesn't do umlauts). Your neighbours will thank you.

Leg out of the bed
Until In Excess, Imperceptible UFO by The Besnard Lakes is a psychadelic, shoe-gaze, soaring guitar and lilting/falsetto vocal tour de force to end all tour de force

Congratulations, you were the winner!

Plenty of other albums to test tomorrow, though. Cheers all.

Dear GOD!

If Kula Shaker are the answer to anything at all, then you've patently been asking the wrong questions. The passing of time has not made KS any less s_hit. Fact.

The Low Highway by Steve Earle

Mind you, someone on here recommended Enjoy Every Sandwich: The Songs of Warren Zevon a few weeks ago for just £3 on Amazon. It has barely left my CD player in the car ever since and it's now only £2. And it includes a great rendition of one of Warren's trickiest songs, Reconsider Me by....Steve Earle!

Worthing
Here Come the Warm Jets - Brian Eno

Also, I'm not much of a hip hop fan, but recently rolled the dice and got Illmatic by Nas on vinyl.

F**k me, that's a record.

Sly and the Family Stone - There's a riot Goin On

This is and has always been my summer album of choice. Summer doesn't start til I have heard it.
