22 games this season we have gone behind. We have won one of them.
Our record going behind since coming to the Amex has been terrible. Under Poyet, under Oscar, under Hyypia, and now under Hughton. With JFC, without him. With Stockdale, Kuszczak, Brezovan, Ankergren, without them. With Bridge, Ward, Painter, Mattock and Bennett. With Bruno, with Calderon, with Reyes. With CMS, Best, Ulloa, Barnes, O'Grady, Paynter, Lita, Hoskins, Dobbie, Vokes, Agdestein, or without them. With or without two wingers. With Greer, Dunk, Upson, El Abd, without them.
It can't simply be the managers or the players.

I have to agree. When i saw that a few that have been in the winning sides (3 out of last 4 games) left out, and JFC in, my heart sank. Too many changes with weaker players coming in. No Tex, no flair, no Calde, no passion, no Bruno and Calde no attacks down the right flank.
JFC reminds me of Butch Wilkins, the crab.

Before I take my leave I wanted to strenuously defend poor olde JFC. He's a maverick you see, he has 'vision', he can see a pass as I a cliche. Akin to a fretless bass wielding jazz master of yore, he's utterly lost in the earthy beat combo of our midfield. It's writ large on his face, he's being strangled by the limitations of those around him - I urge you to fly Jake, take to the sky, catch that rainbow and any other inspiring words someone may have said to you in your life... Only you have the power to unleash, or rather, unearth you God given potential, drop the bushel and let your light illuminate others... as it has me.

It seems CH got it wrong tonight, and that making five changes to a winning side was not a good idea. Still in Camp Hughton, though - he's got far more right than he's got wrong; tonight might have been a gamble, but it didn't work.
Mind you, five changes for Saturday ARE now required (I think we can all fill in most of the names involved!)

I am in bed, I have a laptop. Gone are the days of dragging my massive desktop and monitor betwixt the sheets, too many wires and a rather uncomfortable experience to say the least. Although the mouse did have it's plus points. Ignore that last bit.

In order to win you have to first show a sign that you might score. We showed nothing. Poor COG had little service and then nobody supporting him. Then we bought Best on, who is just not up to it.
Ledesma is equally poor. Together with Halford down the wing they were terrible.
I think this has shown that Best, Ledesma and JFC have no place in a future Albion team. Sorry JFC supporters, but I just don't see it.
Too many experiments tonight.
