It seems his track record in club ownership at least is indeed dodgy.
Maybe - but he’s put in and lost £100M of his own cash seemingly.

They also lost £30M in a season they finished 7th. They gambled for promotion and failed and it seems the owner has decided to stop throwing money at it now.

Until clubs stop gambling on getting to the PL (much like we did ….) the problem won’t go away

This is so much like deja vu from 25 years ago it's very sad IMO. Yes, I have no direct affinity with Reading but I love the fabric of our game and we don't want to lose any clubs, especially those down the ladder (where WE once were).

Hope they get things sorted and would be happy to attend a fans united game again to help.

So would I, but I have to confess it would not be hard for me to attend. You can buy tickets at the gate for their games but I dnot know if you need to already have an account/mebership. I think membership is free or at least I don't remember ever paying for one. I bought ticket to the Portsmouth game which was at the end of their protest March. In 1997 there were no membership schemes to buy tickets, I don't think it is impossible now but it would require a little more planning for everyone.

Dai Yongge scans similarly to Bill Archer but I'm still stuck as to what to substitute for Bellotti when singing build a bonfire.

Build a Bonfire!
Build a Bonfire!
Put Dayong Pang on the top,
Put Dia Youngge in the middle,
And we'll burn the f*cking lot!

Dayong Pang is the CEO and mouth piece

Benjamin David Francis MBE (born 1992) is a British businessman. He is the co-founder, CEO and majority owner of Gymshark, a fitness apparel and accessories company founded in 2012.[1]

With a stake of over 70% in Gymshark which is currently valued by investors at $1.45 billion, Francis had a net worth of $1.3 billion as of April 2023.[2] In April 2023, he made his debut on Forbes' annual The World's Billionaires list as the 2,259th richest person in the world.[3]

Apparently a Villa Season ticket holder.
