That is true, but while he is waiting for the sale, if that is what he is doing. He is not paying the bills, club staff not being paid, players eating microwave meals before games as there are no longer catering staff, lots of redundancy, points deductions and threats of liquidation, players being sold without the knowledge of the manager or player staff. I think the two other clubs he owned going bust and no longer existing is the biggest warning.I'm prepared to be corrected here, but it doesn't look a anything like the Evil Archer.
Reading's owner has spent a lot of money trying to get them promoted, and he's failed, has given up on the club and wants as much money back as possible. Not good, but Archer (& co) on the other hand - had no intention of investing in our club, which they bought for £50, they simply started asset stripping from the off.
