I'm glad I don't appear to be the only one with these frustrations, not just on the sturborness to accept the keeper rotation just doesn't work, but also the moodiness and implicit moaning about signing policy. We may not have spent big, but it's not always about the ££. What we have done is provided him with some outstanding players to work with over the past year and a half and projected his status way beyond where it was previously.

Keep all the abuse coming, you keyboard warriors that don't seem to like people having an opinion. I'm sure you;d be happy to say it all face-to-face.

I think the title needs to be a bit controversial to get the engagement. RDZ definitely needs to be challenged though. We’re coming up to the most prestigious game in our history and his general demeanour is poor and his team has put in a piss poor performance - not to mention the stubbornness on the keeper issue.

Do people honestly think we would be struggling as we are if we had had the key players we’ve had to manage without this season at various times? RDZ is a great manager but even he can’t be expected to produce players out of thin air. It must be incredibly frustrating for him and especially upsetting for TB I imagine since he yearns success more than any of us.

In terms of deepening the squad in January in response to injuries, I would rather finish this season in 12th place than higher up but financially insecure with our operating costs going into next season tbh. Its Tony’s money at the end of the day that he has ploughed into the Club he supports wholeheartedly - I don’t feel comfortable‘ demanding he spends more of his own money ( having already bailed us out to sum of half a billion pounds.) when the long term plan is to become financially sustainable and not reliant on TB - the choice to invest more on top of our operation finances should be his without feeling under pressure from fans surely?.

I do feel, with or without de Zerbi we can look forward to a better season in 24/25 - I think we have just been extraordinarily unlucky this season with injuries (including to Fati who was showing promise and scoring goals for us before he was injured and Pervis’s drop in performance since his injury) as well as losing out on a couple of players we were targeting in the last summer window.

Looking at our goals for and against stats tonight compared to last season, the big difference is the uptick in goals conceded. As much as we want to see us score more goals we desperately need to tighten up at the back. With over 1.5 goals conceded per game on average, it's no wonder we have only won 11 matches this season.

I don’t want him out, though personally I would prefer Potter, but I do think he’s hugely over rated as a manager and not good enough for a Liverpool, Bayern or Barca yet.

He’s clearly a talented coach but he’s not elite yet and he needs to stay with us, turn around our form which has been generally poor for a long time now, and prove that he is good enough to manage at the top level.

A bit of a United We Stand speech - Lama has such a good attitude - he’ll make a great coach one day.

I does sound like there may be a bit of blaming and shaming amongst some of the players in the squad - but that’s up to the manager to put a stop to if he can get over airing his own frustrations with individual players (if that is what he is doing) - it’s only natural players are going to be frustrated even angry if a teammate makes a mistake, we see little passive aggressive reactions in the heat of a match moment all the time but it should stay on the field imo - not a good dressing room environment for youngsters if there’s a loss of unity in the team - it could easily undermine their confidence- the message from Lallana seems to be to the fans and team likewise, stick together, don’t point fingers, if we lose game’s it’s not worth damaging the confidence of players over or behaving like
the sky is falling in.

No one forced RDZ to put Steele in goal, or a CB in midfield today was a shit show end of and out there for discussion.

As for signings no other PL side sold its entire midfield and didn’t replace any of them. I don’t even think they expected that much for Caceido it was a ridiculous amount of money. For RDZ to ask for a couple of signings in Jan was a very reasonable request. Bloom quickly shut that down with players are coming back from injury, maybe he should have listened to his manager.

Definitely not. Whilst the run of results we were on at the end of his time was almost certainly the best we've had since promotion, he burned his bridges by leaving mid season and taking long-term staff with him - not just his assistants.

You can get pissed off. It's just not very reasonable to be pissed off when today's team was clearly picked with the more important game on Thursday in mind. Would you have played Moder alongside Baleba? Because he's been pretty awful since returning from injury, tbh. You do know we have quite a few injuries, right ? And we did replace Mac and Moises. It's just they were with one player for the future and one that should have worked out but didn't. As someone else has said, anyone that thinks it's worth risking FFP penalties to supposedly 'guarrantee' European football again is very short-sighted. We are on the middle of the best two seasons in our entire history. Is it that difficult to remember this ?
