Yeah, Southampton have a lot of injuries but we've just finished a transfer window and Southampton have acquired the grand total of one player (and loaned another one out). If he was that concerned then they should surely have got in some reinforcements

My little brother is a scummer, he’s saying he asked for money from the board, and was told the cupboard is bare, use what you have. Also the guy who got sent off demanded to be picked or would down tools.

All is not well along the coast, could be that team that free fall, the board are waiting to cash in on Ings, seems the managers hands are tied and they are at odds with each other.

Apart from the £37m that WE'VE borrowed recently, obviously - Brighton’s losses tripled in 2019-20 while club borrowed £37 million

They do tend to sell when they think a player has hit his top value.

Potter has hinted that this could be the case for us (in the summer presumably). Unless you are a top 6 club, the revenue from player sales at the top level is critical in my opinion, Wolves is a good example of the dangers of pursuing this policy by selling a goal scoring striker and then having the other one that can score injured.

Which is good for us.

We want to keep our best talent and we're less in need of signings than our rivals as the academy is fruiting nicely

Loaned out a lot more than that. Notably Valery and Shane Long, but also Josh Sims, Tyreke Johnson and other fringe options.
