I,m not saying all muslims are like this , but it's a fallacy about it being some tiny , insignificant minority that are radicalised,.

Among other things the survey finds:

"And on the whole, British Muslims were more pessimistic than those in Germany, France and Spain about the feasibility of living in a modern society while remaining devout"

Simple question really. If they're so fecking pessimistic and find it difficult to remain devout in a modern western society, why don't they just return to their countries of origin where they can continue to live their devout backward lives? To which I think there's a simple solution.

It's not been stifled. He made a post that suggested the whole Muslim community were responsible for the 7/7 bombings. He's been back tracking ever since including posting links to surveys that are irrelevant and that he has mis-read.

stating that the whole muslim community was responsible for 7/7 was never my intention, i've since corrected it to part of the muslim community, i havent backtracked at all, and even when presented with evidence from surveys in media that are sympathetic to muslims you quote them as irrelevant and dodgy, THAT , my old friend is how debate is stifled.

Yep, I'm with [MENTION=24003]Falkor[/MENTION], [MENTION=14574]daveinprague[/MENTION], [MENTION=1365]Westdene Seagull[/MENTION], you've stated your views and how you see things, and you hold an entire religious community responsible for an atrocity undertaken by four individuals, with no apparent connections to any other groups, terrorist or otherwise. 4 twisted hateful individuals whose faith has no real relevance, in the same way Catholicism had no real relevance to the IRA and all the bombs it planted.

I don't doubt there are Muslim groups that hold very extremists views, but then I also know there are plenty of BNP, EDL meetings that are just as bad. I don't discriminate between these people, they are all scum, but the EDL/BNP don't represent me as white British, and likewise the majority of Muslims will not feel represented by their idiots either.
