I can see their resentment but don't think what is happening is the way forward.

The news clips looked very vicious and there is bound to be a kick-back from what happened in Bali.

Hopefully it will sort itself out but it could take a long while.

What do these immigrants expect? Haven't read the whole thread as you've got too many left wing on this board.

Problem with most or all western civilised countries is that these Immigrants want a better way of life (don't we all) but they expect to land in their favoured country instead of staying in the first safe country they come too and expect a house, money, job and if they don’t get it they turn to crime. Look at this country, our top 8 out of 10 most wanted in this country are Muslims, funny how underneath their name it doesn't disclose their origin, funny that when the other two are white and said British (that’s Labour for you)

If these immigrants cant bide by our rules and other counties then just f*** off home and live the life you know……….

Exactly. I live in a very arab area of London and everyone gets on fine. Obviously there are cultural differences- they dont go to the pub and I dont go to the mosque for example, but there aren't fights in the street and noone shouts abuse at each other.

i wasnt gonna bother contributing innit, but just to say that in my road there are 4 mosques and 3 synagogues.

youve got the muslims and the jews standing out in the street, side by side, pretty much 24 hours a day and i've never seen a HINT of trouble.

i was well impressed when i moved here anyways!

Lazy buggers, they should get a job, or at least a house, and stop standing in the street all the time.

My best mate from work lives in Sydney, he moved there last year after a long time working with me in London. He's got a young lad who was born the same day as my girl, so we are close. Amazingly, in the many hundreds of emails he's sent me, he never mentions the fact he's living in a post-apocalyptic nightmare.

I hope you'll find what you want in Perth, but I doubt you will.

good luck to your mate LI ...sincerely.But i think after living there for 18 years i am qualified to comment on the situation. The current global ,political situation is not helping and i definitely hope that the shit in sydney is put to rest asap......dialogue and reason are , afterall what sets us apart from the rest of the animals.

i have already found what i want in perth too..........thanks and a merry crimbo 2 u.:drink:

Don't suppose she could forward the texts to her mates in Perth by any chance?
