Don't defend the idiot. Smillie and Suddaby are not even FROM the same era...

What are you TALKING about? Suddaby was here in 1980, Smilie (sic) was here from 1982-85.

18 months apart. Hardly different eras.

Anyway, even if you're TECHNICALLY right, they are from very, very different eras in my eyes; One is from 'before I started going', one is 'from when I went all the time and loved it'.

*was VERY surprised on looking, to see that Suddaby is actually four years YOUNGER than Smillie...

Just because they didn't play in the same team doesn't mean they aren't from the same era. Christ, you are splitting hairs over 18 months. There were plenty that played with both of them.

Also Smillie is about 9 years younger!!!!
