No, the winner still takes all - although obviously a draw would be enough for Senegal. They both can't (realistically) go through unless somehow the Netherlands fail to beat Qatar, so it won't be one of those WC specialities where 0-0 is fone for both teams and the ball rarely leaves the centre circle, except for an occasional outing for a throw in.

Whichever way though, whichever team wins goes through.

Indeed, but they went through as one of the top third place finishers. Different rules, but it makes them only the second worst host.
