f***ing hellfire.

now i'm beginning to worry - only 11 days before pre-season starts and the only improvement we've made to the squad is a sub keeper, and we're being beaten to players by the likes of Swindon.

Holroyd and Dickinson up front first game is not something that is even worth contemplating

At the end of the day they have more money than us. We just need to get the next best players available (or better players Swindon haven't noticed) and beat the clubs we're richer than too.

Wouldn't worry too much. The thing that appears obvious to me about Bloom and co, is that nobody outside of the club seems to know what they are thinking. The rumours about players/Albion-related stories this summer have been at a minimum.

Who saw Calderon signing for us?

11 days is a lifetime in transfer windows.

Exactly. It appears he is only going to Swindon as he is mates with Lucas and Douglas so nothing to worry about. We just need to target players who are best mates with our players!

For what it's worth, I think there will be a lot of action over the next couple of weeks. No inside knowledge, I just trust Bloom and Poyet and am sure they will get the right players in.

If I said we were launching a stunning double bid for Heskey and Rooney as our new strikeforce, would that be regarded as good news?

Not really what I was hoping for.........................but I could live with it , I suppose....LOL..!

Think when Poyet gets back from holiday things will step up a gear, players returning from holiday at the same sort of time as well.

Until we get a youth team brought up on pass and move football in a few years time then I hope he buys foreign. More players like Calderon who are comfortable on the ball instead of english third division hoofer who want to run around like headless chickens

Didnt you know? Its the rules of league 1, you almost sign a player and huddersfield nip in and sign him, he then spends a season benchwarming

It's fair to say that the club need to get their bloody finger out and soon. What the hell is going on...if anything? And pse don't tell me about Falmer - I know that but I want to see us have a good season for once this time around.

If he was any good surely the Mighty Southampton would be trying to sign him.

I've got to say he did absolutely bugger all when we played Colchester last season, although I accept you can't necessarily judge a player on one game. If we'd signed him I'd have been  and as it seems we haven't, I'm
