Problems renewing ST

I just e-mailed them as a three year season ticket holder and got a reply within 5 minutes confirming I have one further season left. So I will have to remember to set aside some cash to pay for the final season at Withdean.

I was just checking as couldn't remember how many seasons into this 3 year one we had got! I didn't want to find out that I did have to renew and my seat had been sold on. I have sat in the same seat number since day one at Withdean, so have become rather attached to it! I know its not been the same seat as they used to disappear at the end of each season, so no guarantee I got the same seat back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cant wait for the day that I am picking my seat at Falmer!

Don't panic everyone, just had the following reply from the ticket office, so all seems ok.

"Hi Simon

Your ticket is renewed for next season.

We sent out a text which was the first one we have tried on the new system, but we weren't able to extract all the multiple-year season ticket holders. So please ignore the text and any letters you might receive about your renewal.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Kind regards"

As a regular MOANER even I am amazed people are moaning about receiving a text they can easily just delete.

Some people...

It's not that at all.. it's the fact that with the Albion, you are never quite sure if they've got it right, and come July when the tickets are sent out - am i going to get mine?...and if i don't, some other fan has been given my seat!
I'd like to able to believe things like that couldn't happen...

Has anyone who has successfully renewed a season ticket done so with the 5 payment option. Have tried this but doesn't seem to give the option. Go to the checkout and it asks for card details and only shows one payment? Bit loathe to continue from there and confirm if it is going to take it out in one hit.

I tried about 30 minutes ago renewing my season ticket was fine so maybe try agian and it shoudl be fine?

Yet another problem, im trying to get a season ticket for my brother who is 18, once you make an account to say your 18 they will only let you buy a adult season ticket!

Finally managed to login and buy my ticket. Never received a reply to the email I sent this morning so I don't know if it was fixed just for me or everyone who had the same message - worth giving it a go if nothing else.

im going to the club shop tomorow, it's so annoying there are 3 of us renewing season tickets plus 2 new people joining us but only one seat around us left. i don't think there is anyway around this?

I spent ages trying to renew my season ticket this evening without success (the system didn't seem to think I had a season ticket to renew!) when it occurred to me to bypass my usual browser, AOL, and use IE instead. Straightaway everything worked smoothly. So if any other AOL users are having problems, there may be an incompatibility issue between it and the Albion's new system. Use IE!

There didn't seem to be an option for it, unfortunatley. Anyone else that might have the same problem as i did (charging adult price, when u21), ring the shop as they can sort it out for you.
