URGENT - ST Renewal site still not working

Can you please investigate and give us an update as to why the new ticketing site is still non functional? Every time people try and log in with their supplied customer number and password, a message appears saying this service is currently unavailable. I tried filling in the Contact Us page and got a message saying I had selected an invalid category - even though there is no category field to select.

Given that this started happening on the day that the club sent out letters, texts and emails to ask people to renew, this looks very poor indeed and is potentially costing the club revenue.

Please can you email seagulls@bhafc.co.uk or call the ticket office with individual specific problems, as the site is working for many others. That way we can get you up and running asap.
