tough
Brighton is well known for this event so lets be proud of it.
i personally think brightons gay population have been a great benefit to the city and have made it the "trendy" place to live that it is ,i was driving out of brighton a couple of years ago on pride day and had to chuckle at the grown man walking down london rd dressed as wonder woman, but what a majority of people dont want , especially if you live around preston park is to see gays having sex in the bushes et al, or sed condoms liberally strewn around the place ,everyone to their own fair enough but i dont want to see it.It brings a bucket load of cash into the city, if it is not your thing, find something else to do. At the end of the day it is only the parade to the park that will inconvience people for a couple of hours.
Have to say normally it is on the opening day of the season, so am not in Brighton when it is on. If the cricket goes to a fourth day will probably head to Horsham, but anything that brings cash into the city is a good thing.

mate some friends went there a couple of years ago and you dont have to go "in" the bushes to see it, and yet again , i thought you would have answered me on the france v britain post ?...dont go in the bushes then. It really is this simple.

and i do ?I don't want to see Hypodermic needles and broken glass in parks and on beaches.I don't want to see graffiti on buildings and other public areas.I don't want my head kicked in at 2am when leaving a club.

time to ban it
I suppose in this politically correct world of tree hugging do-gooders
I live bang on Preston Park and if anyone wants to do some bumming in the bushes it's fine by me. Some people are far too uptight about this sort of thing.
.......but you have to once the seal is broken
Not uptight about it at all each to their own but no gay f***ing in public
A mate of mine once made a good comment. He said the good thing about gay events is that it runs the idiots out of town. They dont come anywhere near something like this which makes for a decent and chav free afternoon.
What about straight f***ing?
