As she walked, I hope they don't pay her for breaking her contract. Apparantly producers/whoever are looking into it.

Job done for Katie Price - less than 2 weeks work, £350K in the bank and a point of reference story to milk for another year.

If Ant & Dec had any sense they'd quit after this series. Bringing in Price in the first place smacks of panic from the producers - they knew the line-up was weak and needed a big name or two to keep viewer interest.

All this sorry 2 weeks has done is to hasten the death knell for shows like this. The public have had their bit of fun but, like an audience with Derek Acorah, have been played. Ther show's now at the stage Celebrity BB was after Goody was kicked out.

I don't know where this leaves Jordan's career in the long-term. I think she knows the game's up and will go for the quick bucks over the next year or so but, like Katona, really has nowhere else to go other than "my drugs hell" or "my weight gain hell" territory.

From the preview video on the IACGMOOH site...
"I don't need to be here. I've done my bit
...
People can see that I'm genuine"

What bit was that then? A genuine f***ing TART maybe.

"People can see that I'm genuine" - I love that! False tits, plastic surgery lips, botox, hair extensions, trowled-on make-up etc.

I expect that she missed out on something in her childhood and needs to feel loved.

It's been a joke, this one.

Some complete non entities featuring, one of which walked out after 3 days. Now "big hitter" Katie Price has done a runner.

Even Jimmy White has turned out to be a feckless bore.

The only thing worth watching is that fat cleaning woman and Joe Bugnor (a nasty bully) having a row.

It has been piss-poor, Simster. Very disappointing.
Those two poofs are suffocatingly dull, the warty one is so self-righteous it makes me want to slap him (open handed of course). I thougth Sabrina would at least be a bit feisty, but she says naff-all of any interest and just lets it all go on around her. The bloke from Hollyoaks might as well not be there, Jimmy White has basically just sat on a rock for a week. Kim can be moderately amusing because she's eccentric, but because of the utter BILGE she is in there with, she's looking like the star. George is genial enough but not very interesting, Lucy just whines for her family, and even Sam Fox has been a major disappointment - these beanflickers normally have a LOT more to say for themselves. Bugners got potential though, if he can get a bit more rude and cantankerous.

At least the botox skank has slung her hook now, but someone BADLY needs to step up ot the plate to save it frmo the borefest its become.

You need someone to take responsibility for BINFESTRY.

It's made me realise what VALUE I offer to NSC.

The problem with reformed bad boys / hellraisers ( Jimmy White ) is that once the booze, fags, drugs and fornicating is out of their systems they just become, well , dull frankly. At least when he was pissed he was interesting.

True. Although John Lydon managed to be quite amusing.
But now even he has sold out to trying to flog us rubbish butter.

*sigh*

I'm glad she's gone, she really wasn't offering anything and is far too famous.

The show is all about C Listers losing their marbles after eating beans for three weeks.

There have some marvellous moments so far, like the interior designers anecdote about meeting Nelson Mandela on the beach. They didn't want to approach him (because he is apparently far more famous than them) but Nelson approached them because they have "a mutual friend" which turned out to Charlie Dimmock.

It's those little moments which make it. I've noticed people who really lap up dumb television, don't get I'm a Celeb at all. It works on another level and is a very very clever programme.

The way I see it is that Price went on IACGMOOH in order to win back some public support. In effect she put herself upon the mercy of the viewers. This, I think, would have been quite a good thing for her career if she took everything that was thrown at her.

Price was not popular before she went into the jungle a week ago. The only way, in my opinion, that she could regain any popularity was to do all the trails without complaining and by taking it all in good humour. After all, she knows exactly what is involved in the show - she did it before.

By acting as a spoilt diva, she has done nothing to endear herself to the British public.

The more important question is, will she have to pay her appearance fee back? If not then she's laughing all the way to the Bushbank....:glare:

Too funny.

It's on ITV at 9pm EVERY night. Prime time, on chav telly and you're trying to tell us that the ordinaries don't get it because I high brow chap like yourself quite enjoys it!

Can't you just admit that you like a bit of reality telly? Let's face it, it is moderately entertaining innit. :)

eh? isnt that the whole point, to see how long the celebrities last untill they cant put up with the jungle living? the clue is in the title.

It's very entertaining and don't understand why it gets the "reality" tag.

I'm hardly high brow and you won't find me criticising light entertainment.

What I do find interesting is that many people who really get absorbed by for example X-Factor, don't enjoy I'm a celeb because they don't know who the contestants are, and I'll stand by my point that a lot of the satirical element probably does go over a lot of people's heads.

Also "Strictly" and "X-Factor" appear ok to watch in an ironic way amoungst the Guardian reading intelligensia, but they run away from I'm a Celeb.

Unfortunately they are missing out.

I believe the title is the celebrity get out when doing the Bush Tucker Trials. I don't think it applies to flounces/hissy fits or tantrums. Ergo she could have breached her contract but I'd be surprised if ITV will enforce it as I'm sure they are enjoying the heightened interest.

It would not be a surprise if she went back in after a few days R&R at a nearby hotel !
