See today's Arsegas, Kwikrap wants to allow travellers to use more public parks whilst central government decides what the long term solution might be. He also states that no one wants to see 'Fortress Brighton', well excuse me Mr Council Leader, I for one would be more than happy to see this if it saves council tax payers money in the long term, like £780k per year supporting the lazy, workshy toxxers.
