Thought we played pretty dynamic football under RDZ in his first season and half of last season. It was a lot quicker than the current slow tempo passing game!
The dynamism was fast paced triangles to break the press. Were we ever like Bournemouth/Brentford/Liverpool/Newcastle/Forest and plenty of other longish-ball sides. RDZ was Pep with pace in his prime.

Monitoring the fixtures this afternoon as I was bashing a wall down at home.... I found myself in a very precarious position... I am old school, I absolutely love to hate Palace, and have done since the 70s.... BUT....I now realise that Potter, and all his shiittty sidekicks attract much more of my distain and anger... so I love that result... love it.

The Nigels now not far behind us. Clearly a far better team than West Ham. As for West Ham, maybe their problems are not actually with their manager?
West Ham without Bowen and Antonio is a poor team. Its been the case under Moyes and Lopetegui and will be the case until they rebuild their team.

Palace are good and in a false position. Same level as us overall. Better starting eleven but worse bench.

I don’t think we’re in the European picture just yet but a win tomorrow to close the gap and we’ll be talking about it again. It’s another big game for us on Sunday.

Potter’s Un-‘appy ‘Ammers beaten 0-2 at home by Palace without registering a single shot on target.

Leicester lose 7 league games on the bounce.

No shots on target for potter

“We’ll sit down as a group on Monday, take time to digest this, then go again.

For anyone booing, you really need get over 1966, there were 8 other Englishmen in the team”.

The Hammers will 'need to know there history' soon...........sucks in through his teeth! 🤣
Or some fans can see what we are trying to do
You are and people have done all season.

But...our very recent form has been fine, we've won our last 2 games and haven't lost this calendar year. It's also not really true to say we haven't had a good 90 minutes all season any more than anyone else because no team dominates for 90 minutes.
You’ve changed playing well to dominate for 90 minutes I didn’t say that.

I’m fairly ambivalent about Potter these days (the moment he was sacked by The Chavs, to me it was job done). His Albion tenure seems like a long time ago now …. in those very long non-winning rarely-scoring droughts, was it a case that we were pretty good in our approach play, tons of touches in and around the box, but was it very often a case of woeful finishing, not grasping chances and half chances? Hitting the woodwork counts as a miss.

Would be interested to know the views of others regarding those long non-winning periods, including from @Han Solo. What was the main issue?

It appears this West Ham squad/team is woefully impotent, despite at least three much coveted players.

Standard, par for the course, bang average Potter performance, very reminiscent of that glorious home match against Sheff Utd, the one where they went down to ten men after 40 mins and we still very nearly lost… but hey he left us in 4th, after about five games of football SO he MUST be a world beater.

The man is a complete fraud.

He’s got no chance, entitlement overload vs stark reality… he’s chosen poorly, again… nice work getting a 2.5 year contract though, sweet.

😂
