Poor back pass from Ben White picked up by Vydra who MAY have been brought down in the box. VAR check - no penalty, breath again Ben!

Edouard becoming the barn door billy we all knew he was, through on goal but a clumsy first touch :lolol:

Should have been 1-1, a minute later Mo Salah and 2-0

It’s a total waste of time mega dull and zero ambition Norwich being in the PL.

I know I’ll get the usual Norwich are a really well run club blah blah etc response but they resigned themselves to Championship football again next season the moment they sold their best player by a mile to a mid table also-ran. A team who they should be aiming to try and finish above or at least close to.

Still can’t believe the Norwich fans praising their transfer window, their squad is pathetically weak. Hope they stay down next season rather than wasting time taking up a place in the PL in 2023/2024.

They’re worse than two seasons ago, where initially The Farka had a bash at Rock n Roll football …. they may lose a game 5-2 but then win the next 3-2, they beat Citeh.

Strange how they never spend their £105m in annual broadcasting income plus player sale monies on decent players for chunky transfer fees.

Prudence on steroids.

Bodes well that we beat both Brentford and Watford who won well today and I gather Burnley battered Arsenal second half and were unlucky not to equalise

I was thinking the same, they’ve both started very well yet we outclassed Watford and we did a classic EPL job on Brentford. They’ve both found goals, but not against us.

I called it. Apparently a couple of smaller bookies are already paying out.

I was disappointed if not surprised to hear that Norwich were booed off the pitch at the final whistle. I guess it would have been the same at the Amex if we were on a run like them. Running away with Championship for two seasons in the last three soon forgotten

There’s a huge gap between the Premier League and the Championship. Similar, I suppose, to the gap between the current top six and everyone else.

People talk about Potter not being able to survive a poor run at the Amex if fans were there but Burnley haven't won at home for months and I don't hear any Burnley fans calling for his sacking. I'm not sure that there'd be as much as a reaction against Potter as some people think
