Yes, I think so. They have only been relegated from the premier league twice by the way, with 23 of the last 26 seasons in the Premier League, so I think 'each and every time' is a bit of an exaggeration. I've always championed VAR, but that was an absolute joke. It's now totally unworkable in it's present form. I don't particularly like David Moyes, but if he decked Michael Oliver and the other FA clowns, I wouldn't condemn it

If his arm isn't there, what happens? I only caught a glance at the replay, but it looked like if it doesn't hit Rice's arm it goes away from him and he doesn't get possession. Surely if he has benefited from the handball, it's not really an injustice?
