I think he's probably still sufficiently in credit with B'muff. Mind you, 12 months ago I thought the same applied to CH!

Anyone know exactly how bad their injury situation is, and how much it's genuinely hampering them?

Off the top of my head... Ake, Daniels, Begovic, Brooks, Ibe, King, and think there's a few more. Certainly an excuse, let's hope they all take a little while to settle back in when they return. Can't see Smug Eddie going anywhere soon.

Cresswell red card VARscinded. Looked like an ugly tackle from behind to me, though he got the ball, his lunge was out of control and took him into the player. Lucky to just get a yellow imo.

Margin cut by a point, but we are still four points above the waterline after this round of fixtures. Not too bad.

Doesn't make sense

I think they’re worse than 21 points (the equivalent of 7 deserved PL wins). They’ve been shite, even their fans said so on villatalk before today, calling for Dean Smith to be sacked.

Their luck includes Albion tearing them apart, then Mooy hands the match to them.

Lucky to play against kids all the way to the League Cup semi-final as well.

You might have a long wait!

For the last three months they've been the worst team in the PL. If it goes on for much longer people soon won't be able to ignore that they are a serious relegation candidate. Their best players hate the club and it's abusive, toxic fans, and their worst players are not good enough for this league.

Does sound like a team that beats modern Man Utd, we'll see, but I think it's going to be a very long spring for them. And they deserve no better after their "Wenger out" bullshit.
