Crawley - A
Weymouth - A
Woking - A
AFC Wimbledon - A
Aldershot - A

Looking forward to AFC Wimbledon. Always wanted to go there and give them support. Should be fun.

Crawley is always fun. Hopefully they can show of the trophy so we can give them a .

Cambridge away. Well it's a league side. Can't say it's to exciting but a ground I haven't been to so might make that one.

where did you find this? no west contry tour then? :(

It's in The Argus. I found out via the online page. No home friendly. Aldsershot is 'probable' so not 100%.

Cambridge out of town I remember, have to take a bus to the ground.

First game in division two last time. Me and my brother sat in the pub discussing that mid table would be a good result.

I can see AFC Wimbledon being a good day out, but the lack of decent top flight teams is worrying. yeah its only pre-season but we need to get the players working before the start so they at least have an inkling of what to expect in the first 3 games!

Don't we go through this every year ???

Post season friendlies like England friendlies, extended training session in my opinion.

Useful, but don't expect much from them.

plymouth are playing both southampton and pompey now i know we are restricted when we can play cos of withdean but surely we must be able to get either of them or 1 of the london prem clubs down here? obviously not i suppose

:nono:

Didn't we play Sheffield Weds only a few years in a pre season friendly?

And Notts Forest.

Hav'ent things changed.

We probably get a better work out from the lower leagues than Prem clubs not wanting their players to get hurt.???

Am I the only person here who thinks pre-season programmes like this are a waste of time. Worthing I can accept because of the links between the clubs and maybe to a similar extent Crawley. But Weymouth and Woking and Aldershot - WHY. We should be playing Charlton, Southampton, even West Ham or Millwall, honestly will our team get anything out of going to Aldershot when the week after we are away at Leeds!!!!!!

Maybe so, but Weymoth, Aldershot, Woking! Christ, they will be playing Hailsham Town next.

Anyone have any intelligent guesses about when the Cambridge game might be? I'm due a trip to stay with some friends in July there sometime and they've asked me to pick the weekend. Be nice to coincide and watch all these new signings.

Whenever we play the Shits, they make it a behind closed doors game, due to potential hooliganism.
