And more importantly,there seems to be some a total change in the mentality of the players. I think we are now believing that we can start believing in ourselves ..totally. Well done Gus and Tanno ..terrific !

I am very excited about next season. Things are starting to really rock around the club. If I earn any money this year I may even get a st for the last season at the Shitedean to see our promotion season.
Agreed. Today's result is significant to our league position, but insignificant to the bigger picture in that Poyet has gradually whipped the Albion into a team capable of mixing it with everyone else in this division.
What will be interesting is how much Poyet looks to (and is given the funds to) change the team for next season. Just how close would the current squad be to promotion challenging form this time next year, given Poyet's continued work?

You know, im not so sure that there will be that many changes .maybe one or two additions. But i think we now have a squad that really are believing in themselves.. and thats good management.
Also, if Gus needs the money , i think Tony Bloom will deliver.. he, and us want to be in the Championship,as we walk out into our new,magnificent stadium.

Please offer him a ten year deal. He has already said he wants to be here for the long term, lets give him the trust and i am sure he is the man to take us up the league's!

I agree. Consistancy in the team is important. Think we need to spend out on a striker though.

Not really, Dick Knight offered ten years to Coppell. Gus has said he wants to be here for ten years, Look at some of the best managers in the Game, Sir Alex and Wenger, How long have they been at their clubs? the longer he is here the better he will get.
