Great guy, very charismatic, excellent for the profile of the club and has undoubtedly moved our club in the right direction BUT he has to try some different things out in terms of formations, pick players in there right positions and make changes earlier in the games if need be. Play 2 up top JUST ONCE! Ashley Barnes could play up there with CMS, Hoskins is a CF who plays up top NOT a left or right midfielder same applies for Barnes!! Why not play any of these players up top as a pair?? CMS is not able to do it up there on his own he doesn't have the size or technical ability to carry it off. The midfield don't support him enough and EVRYTHING is down the wings, when have we had a go at teams through the middle?? GUS go crazy play two wingers and two up front JUST ONCE or at least show us something different and lets go down with a fight. Watford were good today but we were utter dog shit. Some say look how far we have come and stop moaning but where do you draw the line?? We are in the amex there are 26,500 fans there week in week out we are in the mix why not be disappointed and why not have our say?!

I can understand why some will still vote "in", but if it is "Unquestionably", you really need to learn to think for yourself! Surely to christ you can see something is not right with Poyet's stewardship of our team?

Think his record buys him more time as we are still well in credit from when he started. Don't forget he turned it round the season before we got promoted.

This said, he got lucky with the players he inherited such as Bennett and Murray. I also think Bridcutt was a fluke signing - no one could have expected him to be as good as he's turned out to be.

Really needs to improve his transfer record to stay in credit for me. Buckley has been the only really decent signing IMHO.

Our home form is not pathetic. It's still better than 10 of the other sides in the Championship.

I agree that the tactics haven't been good and the signings haven't been in good form. However, this is stuff that is much more easily rectified than people imagine, given the potential of the underperforming players. It doesn't require the instability of a managerial change to get the best from the players but a calm analysis of what is going wrong, what can done on the pitch to address it and what support the players need from the coaching staff to develop their game.
