Are you trying to suggest he had a buy out clause in his contract? I thought the normal thing is that a club that come in for his services have to pay us the compensation, not Poyet. However, if we got rid of him the way clubs normally do then we would pay him the balance of his contract.

As others have said, he has a sacking for gross misconduct on his cv which he appears to have accepted!! He is in the premiership with a club that look doomed for the championship and possibly beyond!
