Because as well as a good coach, he’s a decent man and he and his family have had death threats and you could physically see the stress it was all putting on him. It’s just football.
Would you be saying that if Albion had gone into freefall after he left an “easy” job? The man is a money grabbing dismissive twat

Exactly - can’t wish him any sort of success with Chelsea whatsoever and luckily he’s making an absolute pigs ear of it - tonight isn’t turning a corner or anything for me - nor was a narrow win Saturday against a relegation battle team. Chelsea need to be winning 7/8 out of 10 games - and should be - with the pathetic transfers they’ve made. Anything else is failure - and gutless Graham and his team he poached are failing massively still. Not even saying that as a bitter BHA fan either.
EXACTLY! my post a few minutes ago is in jest. I really don't like the bloke for what he did and his snide comments after he left😡

They win tonight and many affiliates of the most plastic club in England are still calling for his head. Of the richest clubs, the Kings Road Raiders invite a special sort of contempt.

Going to be retaken….dodgy and bent decision

What a crock of shit
There were only half the players on the pitch encroaching- one of whom interfered with the follow up.

Danny Makkelie is one of the best refs in the game. He got England to the final of the Euros..

When people say things like “it’s just football” I realise that supporting the Albion means something different to some people than it does to me.

Had to be sent to the monitor before he gave it and I am pretty certain the penalty would not have been given to us, yes I’m a cynic.

Other than that he did have a decent game I accept

Don't rule Leicester out, they can certainly turn Chelsea over!
Leicester are the strangest team in the league. Either decent or shit - never know with them. So yes, I agree!

Less than half the squad played tonight. It’s the others that he’s got to win over.

I wonder how comfortable he is whilst attending his acting lessons on how to win over the fans
It's those that he's got to find some mug team to take on and pay their idea of what their idea of appropriate wages in the summer!

There's a lot of multi-millionaires at Chelsea that he needs to bin!

Decent man? I'll tell you who Is a decent man. Potter walked away from this club and took our entire group of coaches with him. De Zerbi - on the other hand - stayed in war- torn Ukraine until all of his Shakhtar players had got out of the country or made it to safety.

Potter has no honour and doesn't deserve another thought.

I'm over the fact he left now and pleased he got the win tonight, I realise I'm not part of the cool anti Potter gang who are enjoying the death theats to somebody who started the way we are playing now and thanks to massive upgrades in all what we have lost we have benefitted from him going.

Besides it gives them more games to play to help us in April when we play them.

Why? He left this club for dead.
Nice rhetoric but he didn't actually leave the club for dead. Mr Bloom and his men were handsomely compensated for Potter's departure, always with a smug grin on the other side of their face, in the knowledge that we had a short list of potential top quality replacements. He left us in fantastic shape is the truth.

Sensible post at last regarding Potter. I have no axe to grind with him. We are in a much better place with him being a major contributor. Let's hope they draw an Italian club in the next round.

Smug grin? You think Bloom was happy to see Potter go and take the entire coaching staff with him, partway through the season?

And how much longer would it have been before De Zerbi would have been snapped up by another club? A matter of weeks, in alll probability.

Could you please list all the members of this cool gang who are enjoying the death threats? In fact, can you name any of them?

Bloom left us in good shape, not Potter.

It took a proper high quality manager to unlock the teams true potential.
