Maupay & Muzza together.
Palace lost.
2nd match where other team scored one for us.

We look decent when we move the ball quickly - which we seemed to realise with about 15 minutes to go.

If we play like that we’ll be fine. Ali J made a big difference.

I’d be disappointed if I was a Watford fan. They played far too deep and could’ve caused us far more problems in the second half.

Ali J showed more football IQ in 17 mins on the pitch than the whole squad combined for 90 mins. This is a fact, other wise you are lying to yourselves.

1. March is a horrible winger for PL standards, one trick pony, once his youth goes he will not step on a soccer pitch.
2. I was happy not to see Montoya this game, he is a liability, Schletto is warming up to me. Plays risk, but does his duties on defense.
3. Dan Burns. Welp, BHA just has a back issue on both sides to be frank, wish Bong did not leave. Other wise Bernardo is head and shoulders above this guy.
4. Aaron Mooy, oh boy! I'm a long life fan of his hustle play, yall got lucky to grab this player.
5. Maupay has to start every dam game,
6. Why the HELL was Glen on the field? He can even stretch enough to gain possession on a ball with some spin.

Anyway same old story of BHA for the last 2 years of following, no real recipe for making anything happen with the talent on hand.

Have a good weekend yalls.

A thread of positives!

1, 3, 4, 6 and your summary are slagging the club off.

With 10 posts, you’re not Albion are you, yalls?

Not too much damage in the table is the only positive.

The fact that we seem to have no game plan and the initial joy of "Potterball" has given way to confusion means that postive ain't going to last very long.

We nicked a point. Duffy won all header duals. Gross was taken off. Ali J and Alzate looked good from the bench.

No positives today apart from Alzate who looks like a class footballer. And I'm very quickly losing faith with Mr Potter. How about selecting your best team and sticking with it for a few games so that the players can get used to playing together? Have we started with the same eleven for consecutive games on any occasion this season? Tinkerman number two.

Ali looked class, superb ball through to March who should have had a pop first time.
Gave the greyhound a good run.
Duffy can only learn from this. ****.
Mooy is EVERWHERE, love the man.

It was like we were playing against us last season, park it, anti-football, smash and grab a point.

I sometimes wonder why so many continue to go to the game judging by the amount of criticism being posted.

Personally I enjoyed the game - shame about the score.

I certainly enjoyed the second half, thought we deserved the equaliser. Bit confused why there is so much negativity around tonight.

He looks good and pleases the crowd but doesn't produce enough to warrant a place in the side ie pretty but not effective which may be due to age and inexperience

If he plays more, he'll get the experience. But seriously, the 'not being effective enough' could be said of a lot of the team recently.

Having just got back from the match, I'm slightly surprised at the level of vitriol regarding our performance. Granted, we were hardly incisive but we still largely bossed the match, restricted the opposition to almost nothing and showed good, honest grit to fight our way back into the game.

I honestly think that our players, honest pros that they are, are right on the limit of what you can get away with in the Premier League. This is a supremely difficult division to remain in and our squad simply isn't strong enough to make much headway. Potter has had one transfer window, during which time we have acquired two very interesting young talents (I know McAlister was ours already but you know what I mean).

We're trying to steadily build an infrastructure that will allow us to embed ourselves in the Premier League without risking financial ruin. I'm still excited to think what Potter can achieve when we've the players who can find that ball that allow our forwards to run onto them rather than receiving it with their backs to goal.

Basically, still loving it.
