Sussex, by the sea
Trains aside I had a brilliant end to Saturday, nigh on sold out gig, great crowd and an excellent dinner/wine at Mange Tout as well.

In fact I'd completely forgotten about soccerball by 5:30pm.

Smart motorways are dangerous.

Brighton. NOT KEMPTOWN!
Man City, top of the league, lost at home.
Fulham, top of the league, lost at home.
Forest Green Rovers, top of the league, lost at home.
Brighton, 9th in the Premier league, lost at home.
We're in very good company.

Of course cheesed off with result but felt far worse against Sheffield United who were dross and never looked like beating them Maybe it was a one off for them but beaten by a Burnley side that on day played very well

I left at half time.
Got back indoors just in time to see their third :moo:

I thought Mac showed again that he can really mix it. For me he’s one of the biggest positives this season. I think there was a worry he might become something of a luxury player- an off the bench option. But he is proving to be a genuine and outstanding option as a Premier League CM.

Graham Potter seemed to have watch the same game as me and even though he used different words agreed with me that we were utterly sh!t and deserved to lose. He has got more right then wrong this season, so my annoyance faded when I heard this.

Lallana was the same post match on Radio Sussex. Fronted up, honest.

Sore Thomas Tuchel could learn life lessons from Potter and Lallana.

Ok I'll bite.

In the last three and a half years I have lost an eye due to ethmoid cancer.
Six months later I had a 20mm malignant tumour removed from my brain.
In between I have had six weeks of radiotherapy and three doses of stereotactic radiosurgery at The Royal Marsden hospital.
I have to have six monthly MRI scans.
I take nine tablets a day to keep me going in between many hospital visits.
I am awaiting a 'flap' operation at East Grinstead Hospital that has been put off several times due to covid.
In the last ten Amex years I have missed four matches.
I've been an Albion supporter since 1973.

On Saturday I was cold wet and shivering.
I knew we weren't going to get back into the game so I left.
I'm sorry I upset you.
