Hearing him on the TV yesterday it was all about the right move for him and how he is now ready for the step up.

Quite a selfish view in my opinion, yes it may be right for him because he will be paid more, but it certainly is not the right move for Portsmouth FC!!

I'd be surprised. Next season, maybe, but there are much worse teams in the Premiership who are already too many points behind Pompey to have much chance of catching up with them.

Although, we should probably wait and see who Redknapp manages to tempt away from Pompey in January!

Best price anywhere now 33/1 - not good value surely for a team that's 8th in the table.
