Still f*** all. Ordered on 16th december and pissed off I've got to spend this afternoon trying to get through to the ticket office to sort it out. Must be a major f*** up somewhere for people to receive theirs despite buying them long after others

I might be wrong, but it seems as if the phone orders are posted as they are received, whereas the online orders are stored and processed in the week before the game and then sent out together. At least, that's the only explanation I can come up with having ordered mine online three weeks before this game and having to wait until yesterday for the tickets (I had to get a duplicate for FC united as that never arrived) while hearing people say "I booked mine by phone on 27th, received on the 29th".

I would suggest, if they are trying to encourage online ordering, that they review their print/postal process for online orders.

Could be but I ordered mine over the phone as I'm an east stand st holder and for obvious reasons had to move which can only be done over the phone. Money came out and had confirmation text and email by the time I had put the phone down

I assume they will at the collection point before the game then?

You'll have to phone the ticket office to arrange duplicates, these duplicates will be at the collection point tomorrow.

Get down to the Ticket Office today if you can. Just back with a duplicate. No queues. Did cost me £3.70 bus fare though.
