Ordered 17th Dec - collected duplicates yesterday. 2nd time in 3 ticket orders that I've had to do this. Still not received the originals but did receive Bournemouth tickets today. What on earth do they do with these tickets - hate to moan but yet another shambles.

Got home and my Bournemouth ticket was sat on the mat. I'm in the covered stand and right at the back
